Luxury Bathroom from Spiritual Mode

Ridea Bathroom From Spiritual Mode
Spiritual Mode is a Japanese company which deals with creating furniture items for day to day life. We were particularly drawn by the bathroom sector and the company’s ability to imprint originality and style to every bathroom design that is present in their portfolio. With a unique bathtub shape and a classic rain shower, the ice was broken and the rest of the items just come to complete the overall pleasant image of this interior. Candles are placed on a structure next to the window in order to create that fantastic atmosphere a relaxing bath involves.

Modern Contemporary House Designs in Hollywood Hills – The Michael Parks House

Modern Contemporary Architecture Design
The talented designer Michael Parks is proud to announce the completion of renovation of the House of Representatives dramatically Parks, three bedrooms are modern and innovative, three-bath hillside home, located in Laurel Canyon section of Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills. Creative ingenuity behind a year and a half from the House Garden of transformation made all the more appealing because the owner, has no formal architecture / design education. But he designed and led the project itself – a metamorphosis of architecture through the park she finds a new career and a passion for creating ground-breaking modern design.
Parks face many challenges when he bought a house: dry rot and termite damage to each area of the post, and home-built wooden beams, window frames that are not connected with them, a floor plan poor with valuable and useable space just a little right one bedroom, a kitchen, where the park really put his foot through a rotten floor, poor ventilation without isolation and a lot of odd-shaped coupled with a difficult slope conditions. But the park looked through the various housing problems and instead look incredible, unrealized potential.
Modern contemporary Park house now stands as evidence of forward-thinking, slender, open, airy and inviting modern architecture who completed a rare feat with a minimalist aesthetic combines both comfort and hip, understated luxury. With perfect proportion and geometry bold, designs Parks’ use of strategic interaction between volume and mean horizontal and vertical to determine the home’s appearance – attractive and elevate the senses of people who visit.

If you are considering placing a prefab garage on your property, the first thing you should do id check with your zoning board and find out if there are any restrictions as to the size and building materials permitted for garages. You’ll need to get a building permit, even if you are really only putting together the pre-built pieces of the garage.
Once you have determined the size of the prefab garage you’ll be able to put up, you need to prepare the site on which you will locate it. You really should pour a foundation for theprefab garage, and for that you’ll need plans from the manufacturer to get the exact dimensions. By attaching the prefab garage to a concrete foundation, you’ll be ensuring its stability in any kind of weather.

Complete Home Design

Gwen & Bogie © 2009 Habersham Home
“The first part of the process in building your dream home is finding the perfect place,” says Gwen. “I wanted the convenience of an urban setting, but also wanted lots of tree-lined streets and a true neighborhood feel. I found it in beautiful Vienna, Virginia.”
SAGE, Gwen’s thriving interior design business in the Fairfax County area of Virginia, attracts an affluent clientele who looks to her for help on a wide array of projects – from single rooms to complete home design.
“My home is a classic DC Bungalow, impeccably designed on the outside and beautifully furnished on the inside with many extraordinary pieces from Habersham Home,” adds Gwen.
Steidlitz Dressing Room
“The word ‘Home’ was key in my mind,” she says. “The interior called for many of Habersham’s grand scale pieces, but the overall feel is warm and welcoming. This line really lets you express your own sense of style in every room.”
“I know looks, textures, color palettes and what pieces match personalities,” Gwen says. “Habersham is unequaled in their offerings. You can truly customize each piece according to your tastes and lifestyle. I look to them for creating the perfect pieces for every space. For our home and for my client’s.”
Gwen made sure the kitchen took center stage. “This is the heart of my home,” she says “I have a 19- year old son and a big old Bernese Mountain Dog. Our kitchen and family room are the hub of activity.”
Steidlitz Kitchen
Gwen worked closely with Habersham to create a Grand European, casually elegant, working kitchen. “It’s absolutely ideal for entertaining, relaxing and unwinding. We created two islands, topped with richly textured Jerusalem stone and embedded with fossils. That is uniquely us.”
Habersham completely understands “focal points” and personal touches. A perfect example is the hand-painted Venetian Hearth range hood design flanked on either side with curio cabinets framed with antique glass.
“As I worked through the interior design of my new home, I knew that Habersham would be my partner in creating our lifestyle,” says Gwen. “Their tastes and talent match mine, perfectly. At the end of the day, we all love coming back to our Habersham Home.”

Top Kitchen Design

Modern kitchen design

Modern kitchen design ideas can help you reinvent your kitchen in a new way. It can transform your old kitchen in to a brand new entity. There are a lot of modern kitchen design ideas that you can employ at your home.
Accentuating your modern kitchen with modern kitchen accessories is chance to really let your creativity shine though. Counter top appliances today are available in an increasing number of bright colors and sleek shapes making it easier for those modern-minded individuals to create their total dream kitchen.
Beautiful stainless steel Kohler faucets, a stunning VIPP trash can and an array of modern cookware and serving pieces all help to create a truly modern kitchen. As mentioned before, one of the benefits of renovating your home is that you can spread out the different elements over a period of time so don’t feel the need to buy everything at once.
Focus on the essentials first – appliances, furniture, and lighting. You can go back and fill in the holes later. And once you’re done with the kitchen, you can move onto to your next room! The more TLC you put into your home, the more you’ll love it. Additionally, should you decide to sell your home in a few years time, you’ll be able to fetch a considerably higher asking price with all of these changes and additions.

Contemporary Kitchen Design

For contemporary looks, white is often the best. If you want light and bright, white is good also. It’s clean-looking. Then you have the option to punch it up with accessories in hot colours like cobalt blue, or paprika or whatever. And you can change the look quickly and easily with just the accessories, incl. drawer handles etc.
so i live in a good size apartment but everything is dated. the manager doesnt have the money to replace it so i was thinking of painting the wood kitchen cabinets instead. i chose orange for the cabinets and grey for the wall (i heard that combination is really nice and goes with the contemporary style) and painting high gloss on the cabinets. our countertop is light wood.
would it look good? oh i dont have wooden floors or stainless steel appliance but the living room has a contemporary style (open floor plan)
those colors sound great. you go w/ high gloss because that is a more modern feel but also because high gloss is easier to clean in a high traffic area like a kitchen. grease spatters are more easily wiped up.
BTW: while stainless steel is totally modern and cool, the new trend that’s making stainless steel look dated if for black appliances. Just last week I saw a black stainless steel refrigerator honing in on the black appliance trend.
if you can’t do anything w/ the floor but you want the feel of wood, look for a bamboo area rug/mat to put in your kitchen. they are available in a variety of colors. and you should be able to find something for under $50.
 Traditional Kitchen Design
Traditional Kitchen Design

A traditional kitchen design can be defined as timeless and versatile. For ages, wood has been the staple of cabinetry. Hard surfaces were the norm for countertops. Hardwood stains were the way to preserve the look of the magnificent wood art.So why are traditional kitchens so popular. Well it’s simple, this timeless style appeals to everyone. There isn’t a soul out there that can not appreciate a traditional kitchen plan. Designers and home builders cater to the masses. So this is the first option that the two use when creating a layout for a new kitchen or remodeling project.

In home decorating, almost anything is achievable if you are willing to be open-minded and accept advice. Many home decorating pictures display rooms in bold colors that you just can’t imagine using in your home. This is when you have to relax and go out on a limb. In order to get that picture perfect room, you may need to compromise your normal methods of decorating. However if you definitely want the bathroom in the home decorating pictures, you’ll need to put away those normal habits and adopt brand new ones.

Home Decorating Starting from Ground Zero

Home Decoration
Home decorating ideas and techniques keep changing every year. What’s hot right now could be “yesterday” next year. There are so many reasons that caused the change of people taste in home decorating their houses. These reasons could be caused by the economy or financial condition, mode, and so on. For people who lack of money to do the interior design, they tend to buy cheaper furniture, like pine-wood which artificially grained, and combine it with a warm wallpaper. For people who keep following the interior design mode year after year, they keep updating their house depends on what’s hot right now.

Between these two types of people, there is also another type that has the money, but prefers to do the home decorating their own way. They ignore the mode completely, and come up with new ideas instead. They picking the furniture depend on what they like and what mood that they want to feels in the certain room. While this is could be a little bit costly, the results usually amazing.

Home Decoration
It’s always easier to decorate something starting from zero. While you present with such a blank room with no furniture in it, your imagination usually wander around, try to find ideas about how you should decorate it. However, not all people have the same opportunity to get a whole blank state of their room. They usually have a room which already decorated and wants to add something in it that could make it much more like the 20th century house.

The wrong steps that people usually come up with while they want to decorating their house is buy something that they like without thinking about the composition of their house. It’s better for you to imagine what do you want your room to look like first before you jumped out and buy the furniture. After you get the image that you want, either from the magazine or TV, it’s time for you to do the shopping. The shopping itself is a bit tricky. Spend more, and you’ll have less money to get other things. You need to categorize your budget carefully. Make a list of what you want to add to your home decorating idea, and do the shopping based on it. If you see something that you like, which is not in your list, don’t buy it. You need to stick with your list so you could get the home decorating done exactly just like what you imagine before.

Home Decoration
Still confuse about the interior design for your house? Why don’t you make up your house according to the country that you like? For example, if you like Japan, you may want to decorate your house in the minimalist style. Having a minimalist style will keep your house neat and make you easier to find things. This is one of the fastest things you could do to generate ideas. You could get unlimited ideas of interior design from just one country. Keep your internet access at hand so you could figure out the latest home decorating style in the country that you like and start working on your house. Combine some of them with your creativity, and you’ll get the house you dreamed of!
